Exchanges

New Product Exchanges
We will exchange any of our standard products without any restocking fee. We trust we can sell anything we stock so we will not tax you for exchanging your items. Feel comfortable making choices and buying gifts. All exchanged items must be unused and in new condition. Make sure you selected the correct product before you go out to play and change your mind.
*Products that cannot be exchanged include but not limited to - custom name jerseys, refurbished equipment and clearance items. If you arent sure, just ask.

Fresh Paintballs

We pick up fresh paintballs every single week and we keep our paint in a climate controlled warehouse to ensure the paintballs are optimal. We want to assure you have the best paintballs available. Non-paintball-only suppliers can have paintballs sit at their stores or lost in their warehouse. This paint will have flat spots, dimples and will harden. You want your paint to shoot straight and break on target. We only buy paintballs from top quality manufacturers. We do offer an affordable paintball for players looking to conserve money. If you are looking for the cheapest paintballs, you will find the cheapest poor quality paintballs, you just wont find them at Golden State Sports. Paintball being a game of tagging the other opponent, you take all the fun out of the game when shooting cheap paintballs. We believe if you truly want to enjoy paintball and make your field entry worth the time and money, players should shoot a good quality fresh paintball.

Every single case is opened and inspected before final purchase at all Golden State Sports to assure you get top quality paintballs. If anything is wrong during inspection, we will swap the bad bag out for a good bag.



Paintball Signage
Every Golden State Sports offers signage to help explain the difference between the various paintballs. They all come with 2000 rounds to a box but thats the only thing in common, there are different brands suited for all types of equipment and games. Gun Warranty
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on most of our Paintball Guns. This means all Labor and Repairs for Free. Basic wear and tear parts will be replaced at no charge. Paintball guns operate on moving parts and o-rings. There are steps you can take to make your gun last longer, but it too will eventually break down. All guns break - ALL GUNS BREAK. Make sure you have a warranty that will take care of your equipment when it happens.  We are here to rebuild, maintain, and repair the paintball guns purchased at Golden State Sports. Our Master Airtechs attend seminars to get certified to airsmith your equipment. You can buy a gun online most times at the same price as in-store, but when it breaks you will be paying much more. Dont make the mistake. Air System Warranty
We include a Lifetime Warranty on any Pure Energy and Guerilla Air System. We only carry the top of the line airsystems, the airsystems we offer have a reg that is rebuildable. We have parts on hand to keep your arisystem working flawless. Airsystems have moving parts that wear out. Make sure you have a service plan that will back take of your airsystem when this happens. We have sent our Master Airtechs to training seminars to learn how to handle and operate on high pressure airsystems. Our airsystem warranty is included with every new airsystem purchased at Golden State Sports. You can buy a airsystem any where, you can only get our Airsystem Lifetime Warranty at Golden State Sports.


Loader Warranty
Paintball loaders get alot of wear and tear, people use the same loader on various guns. You will put your loader through alot of abuse. We offer a Lifetime Labor Warranty on select loaders we offer. We will repair your loader for free everytime, you just pay for the replacement parts. Most loaders are made of plastic pieces and will eventually break, boards go bad and you will need a repair shop that will take care of your equipment. We have all the parts to repair various loaders in stock. We have sent our Master Airtechs to training seminars to learn to repair and program the loaders we offer.


One Year Goggle Foam Gaurantee
Alot of times goggles will have foam wearout or rip apart. If this happens to your goggles, we will replace your foam for FREE. We carry the spare foam to most of the goggles we offer.  Sometimes we will even swap out your goggles if its a manufacture error. When you buy any where else and your foam falls out, they wont be able to help you. We will get your goggles repaired and back on the field of battle.


Paintball Upgrade Parts Free Installation
Any ungrade parts purchased at Golden State Sports will include a free installation. This will save you both time and money. You wont have to hassel trying to install a part, you wont have to cough up extra cash to get it done. You just purchase the upgrade parts from Golden State Sports and let our trained Master Airtechs get your equipment dialed in. We make it easy for your to get any kind of upgrades installed hassle free.


Rip & Tear Exchange Guarantee
Sometimes you buy things and a stitch was sewn wrong or a seam comes apart. We have sold various manufactures soft goods over the years and have done exchanges of all types on a variety of items. We are very selective on what brands we offer. We dont carry every brand available, we just carry the brands we trust. If a seam breaks or a tear happens in a odd place, bring it in and let our Sales Associates handle it. We dont cover regular wear and tear, most soft goods are designed to take abuse.
We warranty softgoods including but not limited to Packs & Harness, Gearbags, Paintball Pants and Gloves. Ask your Golden State Sales Associate for details on our Rip & Tear Exchange Guarantee.
